DHTI settles disputed $1.16M credit facility claim for $20K

Dalrada's subsidiary Genefic agreed to settle a disputed claim from IBS funds for $20,000 on October 2, 2026. The settlement terminates all financing documents, releases all liens and guaranties (including CEO Brian Bonar's personal guaranty), and eliminates a contingent liability that IBS had asserted at $1.16M—removing legal and balance-sheet uncertainty.

Dalrada settled a financial dispute with a lender by paying $20,000 instead of the $1.16M the lender demanded, and got released from all loan obligations and personal guaranties in return.
