Catalyst intelligence for active traders

Most market news is noise. AURA shows you the 3% that moves price.

Every 8-K, earnings release, wire story and crypto headline gets scored from 1 to 100 for real price impact, explained in two sentences, and mapped to the tickers it touches. You read the catalysts. The rest stays quiet.

From raw filing to a card you can act on, in under a minute.

AURA reads primary sources first. SEC filings and company wires arrive before most headlines are written about them, so that's where the pipeline listens.

1 · Ingest

Listen at the source

SEC EDGAR feeds (8-K, Form 4, S-1), company newswires, earnings calendars and the top crypto feeds. Duplicates are merged into one story.

2 · Score

Weigh the impact

Claude reads every story and rates it from 1 to 100 against how comparable events have moved prices before. Anything under 40 is marked as noise and stays out of your way.

3 · Explain

Say why it matters

Two sentences of context, a plain-language version, and every ticker with exposure, tagged with the direction it's likely to lean.

Anatomy of a catalyst card.

One card per event. Built to be read in the eight seconds you have between other screens.

  1. A
Impact ringScore from 1 to 100. The ring fills and glows with the score, so a 90 looks different from a 45 before you read a digit.
  2. B
Source and timestampWhere it came from and when, down to the second. Primary filings are marked so you know it isn't a rewrite.
  3. C
Why it mattersThe context a desk analyst would add. What changed versus expectations, and how similar events played out.
  4. D
ExposureEach affected ticker with its likely lean. Competitors and suppliers included, which is where second-order moves hide.

Questions traders ask first.

Is this a signal service?

No. AURA tells you which events matter and which tickers are exposed. It never tells you to buy or sell, and it isn't financial advice. Your trades stay your decisions.

Where does the data come from?

Public primary sources: SEC EDGAR, company newswires, exchange calendars and major crypto feeds. Each card links back to the original document.

How is the impact score calculated?

Claude reads the event and rates it against how comparable events have historically moved the affected tickers. Context such as guidance versus consensus, insider size and timing shifts the score.

Does it cover crypto?

Yes. Exchange incidents, ETF flows, token unlocks and regulatory actions are scored the same way as equity catalysts.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Billing runs through Whop. Cancel from your account and you keep Pro until the paid period ends.

Which markets are covered?

Every listed company that files an 8-K with the SEC, US market news, and the major crypto assets. European listings come next.
