Atkore shareholders approve Prysmian merger with 99.9% support

Atkore stockholders voted to approve the Merger Agreement with Prysmian S.p.A. on October 7, 2026, with 27.6 million shares (99.9% of votes cast) in favor and only 21,281 against. This removes a major regulatory and shareholder approval hurdle for the deal to proceed to close.
